At Obsona, we strive to deliver high-quality earplugs that are both comfortable and offer clear sound. However, we understand that a product may not always meet your expectations. That’s why we ensure returns are simple and hassle-free.

 

100-Day Return Period
You have up to 100 days after receiving your order to request a return – even if you’ve already used the earplugs!

 

 

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the earplugs and packaging must be in their original condition and complete with all included accessories.

 

 

How to Request a Return
Want to return something? Please contact our customer service at support@obsona.com. Include your order number and briefly explain why you wish to return the product or how we can improve it.

 

 

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the product is defective or delivered in the wrong size or color.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please report it to our customer service within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

 

 

Exchanges
Would you like to exchange your earplugs for a different size or model? Please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are possible as long as the desired product is in stock.

 

 

Return Exceptions
Customized or made-to-order earplugs cannot be returned.

 

 

Received a Defective or Damaged Product
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@obsona.com. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

 

 

Cancelling an Order
Would you like to cancel your order? This is possible up to 12 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
