Shipping costs are €4.95. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

No, not within the EU. For countries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply if your order exceeds the threshold set by that country. This threshold varies per country.

Yes, our Bits are safe for sensitive teeth. We use Nano-hydroxyapatite in our Fluoride-Free formula, a mineral that's been proven to strengthen and remineralize enamel and help fight sensitivity.

We offer a 100-day return policy. If you're within that time frame, please reach out to customer care to initiate a return via support@obsona.com.
You have the right to return any product purchased from Obsona within 100 days of the delivery date, even if you have used them! The product does need to be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
